Our professional and dedicated team of teachers have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Yogic systems, and are always looking forward to assist and train, giving you a complete and in-depth learning experience.

This training is strong on a physical and emotional level. There will be good days and challenging days, the shift of emotions may make you feel vulnerable. With 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, away from your daily normal routine for 21 days you are giving your self an everlasting present. You will find the true Yogi within. You will be totally immersed in yoga practice, including pranayama, meditation, asana, philosophy, anatomy, and physiology, as well as the business of yoga and practical teaching.
This schedule may change slightly. on Sunday Break you are free to create your own day plan or join the groups for Hikes, Tours or visits.
Neydo Monastery Guest House is situated in one of the most intriguing places where you still can stay in the Kathmandu Valley with peaceful natural surroundings and home to many significant religious sites of the great siddhas. Here, with 23 comfortable rooms, delicious healthy food made by an excellent chef, you are bound to leave behind all the problems at work and home.
Room are simple, clean, personal and calm, earth colours with cool tiled floors. Every room has a small balcony with a screen to keep away insects from the outside. Each room has double bed or two single beds with comfortable mattresses and fresh bedsheets/ linen. South facing rooms have a view of the monastery and north facing rooms, a view over the Hattiban forest (and the eagles that circle above it) and Bhanjang village below it. Each room too has a clean bathroom with bath and shower and a modern western-styled toilet.
The teacher training takes place Neydo Monastery. Tucked away in the Himalayas of Nepal’s Kingdom, amidst the most scenic area, there lies a Buddhist Monastery Guest-house in the most peaceful location alongside Neydo Tashi Choeling Monastery, just 22km or less than an hour’s drive from the heart of Kathmandu. It is located in the southwest corner of the Kathmandu Valley close to Pharping. How to get there
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, this is the only Airport in Kathmandu. If you are already in Kathmandu then either take bus or taxi. The monastery lies just behind the village of Bhanjang, which is about 20 kilometers from Kathmandu. Its easy to take a bus from the old bus park in the central Kathmandu, though Saturdays could be more difficult. take the bus to Pharping or Dakshinkali. The ticket should cost less than 1 Euro or alternately take taxi cost about 10 to 15 Euro. if any case call the organiser will be able to guide, arrange for you.
There is great scope for short hikes or gentle walks around the monastery and guest house. The forest of Hattiban stretches up from the road down the Neydo Tashi Choeling Monastery Guest House and makes for pleasant walking. The Hattiban Resort is reached after about an hour hiking through the trees, and makes a good place to take a rest, have a cool drink, and enjoy the view over the city. or go for short cycling around which is renowned for its mountain biking, but it also has a number of fairly level roads and jeep tracks, which are a perfect for discovering the pretty villages of rural Nepal.
Dakshinkali Temple is located about 1 kilometer outside the village of Pharping. It is one of several power places of Kathmandu Valley and one of the most important temples in Nepal dedicated to the goddess Kali. Animal sacrifices, particularly of cockerels and uncastrated male goats, are the main way that the goddess is worshipped, and this is especially seen during the Dashain festival but quite often crowds of people can be seen thronging to the site on Saturday mornings. or you choose to interact with locals, enjoy the beauty and peaceful surroundings near by.
